Pay at Pickup Reservations

7. Changes to Reservations

Reservation changes such as pickup date, return date, pickup location, or vehicle type may be subject to availability and additional charges. Changes must comply with the rental provider's policies.

8. Early Returns

If a vehicle is returned earlier than the scheduled return date:

• Refunds are not guaranteed
• Rental providers may adjust pricing based on their own policies

9. Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply at the rental location, including:

• Fuel charges
• Insurance coverage
• Additional driver fees
• Young driver fees
• Late return penalties
• Traffic fines or tolls

These charges are determined by the rental provider and are not controlled by Carentalz.com.

10. Disputes

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact our support team. We will assist in reviewing the issue with the rental provider, but final decisions regarding refunds may be determined by the supplier.
